In the following, please find a some first general logistical information and a link to the registration
website.

October 06, 2024/ Meeting 09.00 h – approx. 13.00 h/ Lunch will be provided after the End of the Meeting

The Meeting:
A detailed meeting agenda and additional logistical information will be provided in due time.
Water, Soft Drinks, Coffee and Lunch Breaks will be provided during the meeting in front of room New York.
Miscellaneous:
We kindly ask you to note that you are responsible for your travel expenses and hotel accommodation as well as for any private incidentals/ activities.
The meeting costs, F&B during the meeting and the dinner on October 04, 2024, will be covered by ACT.
If you would like to extend your stay at the meeting hotel or somewhere else, please note that this must be arranged by yourself. Same applies if you would like to book another hotel than the meeting hotel; this also includes necessary transfers to/ from the meeting hotel!
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any services for children.
Dress Code: Business Casual
The registration process consists of some steps, and all are mandatory fields!
1) Participant(s) data: We kindly ask you to complete the following details per Person. It is possible to indicate a second person to share the room with. The second person can either be a participant or an accompanying person.
2) Check/ review your data! We kindly ask you to finally check all entered data. Please confirm your registration by clicking on the “Confirmation” button. You will receive an email with a confirmation of your registration.
You can change or add your flight details /early-check-in/ late-check-out information at any time.
Arrival and departure dates cannot be changed.
The Meeting Organiser has to be contacted in case of any other changes of your registration.
3) Please also note that we had to block a certain number of hotel rooms (Classic Room Queen Size- single occupancy GBP 189 plus taxes/ double occupancy GBP 208 plus taxes).
Check-In 15.00 h and Check-Out 12.00 h. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out on Request and
Confirmation by the Hotel ONLY.
4) Cancellation Policy: once registered 50 % of the accommodation charges and 60 days or less 100 % of the accommodation charges are due!
5) The hotel has facilities for disabled people. Please let us know if you need any special assistance!
